Through roles in high schools, community colleges, and faculty development, she realized her strength lies in embracing her identity as an introvert, a learner, and a passionate advocate for student-centered learning. Her experiences shaped the philosophy of “Perfect Chaos,” a teaching approach grounded in flexibility, authenticity, and relational connection.
